I got suspended in HS for telling a gook kid that my Dad had a necklace made from the ears of his relatives.

It happened in woodshop and our shop teacher Mr.Monroe was a Nam vet Marine who had a USMC tat on his arm and probably had zero love for gooks. But some do-gooder faggot reported me to school admin and I got suspended for the rest of the week.

Also there was a lot of tension between us local rednecks and the gook newcomer refugees the Federal government settled in on the gulf coast of Alabama back in the late 80's.

After Vietnam the US Government began settling the gook refugees in Southern California. That pissed off the Japanese American and Chinese American communities. The US Government didn't realize that Asians literally hate each other, the Vietnamese and the Chinese have been cultural enemies for a thousand years. The Vietnamese are regarded as the niggers of Asia so the nips and chinks don't want to live anywhere near them. Eventually in the 80's the US Government started settling coastal Vietnamese on the gulf coast in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.

Well the gook fishermen started overfishing, stealing crab traps, and cutting buoy lines and nets. That pissed off the local good old boy commercial fisherman. Violence soon followed and by the time I was in HS in the mid 90's there were still a lot harsh feelings towards the gooks.
