A local community attempted this about 12 years ago for the same reason. It was thwarted by the courts and the response was for the city to grant waivers, change zoning ordinances and flood the White enclave with high density affordable housing. Of course those whites that could, fled to a neighboring county. The same developers sold them houses in new planned communities.

Are you not American (or in the West broadly)? No one wants to live with blacks (not even other blacks), but blacks want to live with Whites, and some fucking jew along the way decided freedom of association was no longer constitutional (despite being right there in the Bill of Rights), so schools were integrated at the barrel of a gun, and the neighborhoods soon followed.

I'm a far west American, about 2000 feet from the edge. Ended up in this part of California in part because of zero blacks. You see some now, and although they're still under 2%, it's like seeing a turd on your dinner table.
