There are exceptions but most niggers -- any flavor -- when they take a job are primarily looking for an opportunity to be able to quit, blame it on discrimination of some kind, and then enjoy a big pay out so that they do not have to work.

Working at the job is initially a necessary evil so they put up with it. But over time the having to work becomes less and less tolerable. So eventually they become so slack that they do get fired or they start stealing because "the company owes them" and, as they grow careless because they are stupid lazy niggers, are eventually caught and fired.

Most niggers aren't smart enough to be able to hide their true intentions, so they are always on your radar screen. But occasionally one will appear sincere and honest and you'll drop your guard... only to be surprised when you figure out that he's been robbing you blind for years.

We had a hard working, intelligent curry nigger running the IT dept for years. Everybody liked him and valued his contribution to the company. Then one day it was uncovered that he'd been stealing IP and raw materials and had set up a competing company in the local market. Putting aside how he thought a new competitor in the same city in a relatively specialized industry would escape our notice, after he was caught red-handed he turned around and sued the company for improper dismissal and liable and who knows what else. They were able to have it all dismissed but still you really had to wonder what the fucker was thinking.

With only a single exception every other curry nigger that was hired by that company cheated the company in some way. It got to the point where it was just understood that they were not to be hired.

We had a nog like that back in my military days. Everything was "because I'm black." That shit didn't work around me, and it didn't get you far back then. There were several times when he tried to start shit or stare me down with his nigger stare. I still made him go do the shit-work, because he wasn't capable of even that much.

Later, he got kicked out of our shop because he couldn't pass the rate tests. Shit like basic math and knowledge of electronics, corrosion and whatnot. Real basic shit. I think you even got 3-4 tries before they just said no more. There's entire programs, money, books, time-off, courses, and dozens and dozens of people in your command to help any idiot pass. All you have to do is ask for some help studying.

Spent the rest of his time, nearly all 4 years, as an un-rated nobody slinging dirty chain all day. I think he did get kicked near the end for crack-cocaine. Which is a common story for nogs back then.

Things have changed for the worse now. He'd probably make Chief in 4 years.

Well, in a way he's right. He is not capable of being a manager because of the low IQ, poor emotional management, poor upbringing, poor work ethic etc. All of which are correlated to his genetics.

But when you accept that logic then everyone is always fired because of their race.
