Lowered IQ across the globe with leaded gasoline, sprayed DDT forever chemicals pretty much anywhere with mosquitoes. At least you didn't have to deal with microplastics literally everywhere on earth. And global fish stocks weren't 90% depleted like they are now
Critical thinking. Since historically, those "medications" that do work are removed from the market in general (available only in specialized places), and merthiolate DID work to prevent infection, was it really poison? I'm 79; I used merthiolate on just about every open wound I got, which was many. Only in a couple cases did I not use it, and those got infected. You'll find that virtually every product that was beneficial, in any way, eventually was removed and replaced with one that doesn't do the job.
