It could have been a combination of health issues that was compounded by the mRNA heart-cardiovascular bio-weapon.

Aaaaaarnold Schwarzenegger chewed, snorted, and injected steroids for decades. I recall stories of him doing horse steroids for extended periods of time. He most likely even lifted x10 harder than this inbred dog.

It could be easily confirmed if there were mRNA spike proteins found in this guy's heart, and if the heart was enlarged-inflamed.

It’s not the vax in this case. 20-30 years before the vax, a shit ton of bodybuilders and pro-wrestlers died in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s from their roid use.
