Cut the fat soluble vitamins for at least a month.
Fat-soluble vitamins can stay in your body for a while. When they’re stored in your body’s fat, they can be stored for up to 6 months until your body needs them.
The primary fat-soluble vitamins in your diet are vitamins A, D, E, and K. Each one has its important function and can be found in a variety of food.
You deserve a more detailed response but let me help where I am knowledgeable.
Investigate a chelated zinc supplement. Vitamin D3 does not work without K2 so please add K2.
Dairy is garbage. 59 hormones and growth factors in milk most concentrated in the fat. Helps a calf grow fast. (Source: White Washed). I could not lose weight on the carnivore diet until I cut out dairy. Milk specifically made me feel like crap the next day guaranteed, i’ve run that experiment enough times to know.
Chocolate makes me feel like garbage the next day no matter the dose.
I would suggest going red meat only to establish a baseline then start testing one food item at a time. Your symptoms sound like the autoimmune stuff Mikhaila Peterson went through.
where i am at, PNW, there is some form of virus shyt going around this spring Three four days of massive fatigue and nasel or upper respiratory infection crap.
Search for causes of Hypersomnia to see if any apply. It's not necessarily cancer-aids. If it continues, you should probably see your doctor for testing.
Don't eat so much. Keep going to the gym, but stop with the supplements. You have no idea what you're taking. Supplements are completely unregulated.
Keep up with your chores and household maintenance, but ease up for a few days and don't overwork. You may not have had enough sleep previously and it's catching up with you. Above all, take it easy for a few days and let your body tell you what you need.
Your body wants to heal itself, and you should let it.
Something you are taking is fucking with you. Could be sugar, could be a supplement. Are you drinking enough water for your activity level? Are you getting enough electrolytes for that water intake? Are you getting old?
Cut everything out but some meat, salt, and water for a week or two, see what happens. If you return to normal, slowly, slowly introduce your other foods over time. Check each one for at least a week before the next.
You should give your body at least one day's rest from all the supplements. Or take every other day. Go get some blood work done and see if your wbc count is okay.

You list zinc but not which type.
You list magnesium but fail to list which type.
You make no mention of the actual meals consumed. Any one of them could be a cause of inflammation with symptoms not appearing until the next day.
I don’t see iodine mentioned in your list.
Are you abusing stimulants such as caffeine?

If nothing changes, talk to a doctor.
