A). I believe jews have total control over Western countries and have subverted the most critical bastion and hallmark of Democracy™ commonly known as "Free Speech". When free speech is dead, democracy is dead.

B). And the jews are so controlling that they will use that power to even jail a random 95yo woman for her BELIEFS ONLY.

C). Nothing else needs to legally exist in the scenario for that 'tort' to be enforced by the highest courts of the land. No threats of crimes. No organizing crimes. No implied crimes. No actual crimes. Nothing. Only personal feelings need to exist. I believed in Santa Claus.
