It reminds me of a scifi book I read once. In it there's this large corrupt monarchy ruling Earth. The monarch is an in-bread retard who get's pushed into liking certain things by the various powers of the court.

And so our intrepid hero is sent "back in time and/or through space/universes" (he doesn't know the tech) in search of stupid shit like unicorns. He does know, however, that with each trip he uses up such a huge amount of energy that millions die.

Of course Biden is just a lightning rod to draw the ire of the cattle.
