Could've been slight of hand. Get the Russians tracking the old noisy one and the high tech quiet one can position itself somewhere more meaningful. The navy is pretty much a joke, but I don't think the sub core fucks around. There's no room for dei on a nuclear sub. A faggot on an aircraft carrier is relatively insignificant, different story on a submarine.
