Snitches Give Stitches: Oregon Moves to Make Reporting Microaggressions Mandatory for Doctors

There is a controversy in Oregon over a proposed change in the ethics rule from the Oregon Medical Board. At issue is the use of “microaggressions” to discipline doctors and to make reporting such transgressions mandatory for all doctors. It seems before you can give stitches, you have to join snitches under one of the most ambiguous categories of prescribed speech.

Well its easy if the patient doesnt have Swastika tattoos, yells out nigger when you enter then you refuse to treat them on ethical grounds.

May libshits be treated only by libshits.

They've stretched self imposed and self generated insanity to it's limit. Round them up and roll them up into trawling nets and drop them in the drink

Has anyone ever given a concrete definition for microaggression?

From what I gather, it means: "I am a highly neurotic and paranoid individual, who will interpret even the smallest of non-threatening physical gestures and verbal phrases as harassment."

So in other words, anything that isn't open praise.

Texas juries used to hand out huge settlements in miscarriage suits.

Then one day somebody noticed that pregnant women were having a hard time getting appts and care because there were only 2 licensed obstetricians left practicing in the whole of south Texas.

My friend's wife was an MD and she couldn't afford the malpractice insurance, so she just didn't practice.

Columbia professor Derald Wing Sue, cited by Oregon’s state government as a “microaggressions expert.”

Oregonians obviously don't care about this very much.
