Lol. Great title.

Wait, we are scrapping it? After counties invested absurd money into some lame science experiments. I thought they were putting money into a permanent installation.

The woman astronaut fucked it up and the whole place smells like shit now. All because she has a meltdown and tried to force mission control to send her home.

It's 25 years old and it's life has been extended many times.
It was supposed to be scrapped 10 years ago.
There's no such thing as "permanent" in space.

2024. No moon bases, no mars bases. Nothing. We are crashing stuff until nothing is left in the orbit.

How to confirm any of it ever existed in the first place?

the ISS is visible to the naked eye.

"The International Space Station (ISS) orbits the Earth at an average altitude of approximately 250 miles (400 kilometers) and travels at a speed of 17,500 mph (28,200 km/h)"

If you think you can see an object that's supposedly travelling faster than a bullet at those distances then idk what to tell you.

Relative to this jet near ground level, only a fraction of the size and a fraction of the speed disappearing in the blink of an eye.

Bullshit. I used to check the ISS tracker for times when it would be visible passing over Afghanistan. When you can see from horizon to horizon with no other light but the stars, it's easy to watch the ISS pass over. And even more apparent through a set of NODs. Is it going fast? Yes. But if you didn't know what you were looking at, you'd just think it was a high flying jet.

But don't take my word for it. I wasn't kidding. Get off your ass and go outside and look for yourself.

Or you could just ask any local Ham Radio operator. There's a repeater on the ISS which takes an up-link radio signal and sends it back down on another frequency. If the ISS wasn't there, a directional tracking antenna pointed out into space would not have a signal re-transmitted on the down-link. It would just go off out into space.

Or don't. I really dgaf.

Conspiracy Therorist: "Give me the evidence and I'll believe you."

Normal Person: "Here's some evidence, here's how I collected it and where I collected it, this is the time of day it was collected."

CT: "Please, that's obviously fake."

NP: "Well, you could recreate what I did and see if you get the same results."

CT: "Nice try, shill! I won't fall for your lies!"

They can have an airplane travel along those flight routes and make you simpletons believe it is the ISS. They only get round 50 million a day from American taxpayers to subsidize the flights.

If you honestly believe you are witnessing an object moving at those speeds and at those distances then good on you. I don't really care either.

Now you're just being willfully stupid. Did you miss what I said about the signal repeater?

I have lost any inclination to waste any more time on this or you.

Bye bye, porkchop.

Go stand over in the corner next to Tallest_Skil and GreenSaint.

Before you go, which of those 2 images represents your perspective of reality?

And do you understand how inverse-square law works?

The inverse square law is a fundamental principle in physics that describes the relationship between the intensity of a physical quantity and the distance from its source. The law states that the intensity of the quantity decreases in proportion to the square of the distance from the source.

Of course he will not reply.

Since I haven't seen it written in the thread yet: Space is fake and gay.

Less coloreds at SpaceX so the theatrics are better. Boeing is too diverse to make it convincing at this point. They're approaching Indian or Chinese production quality.

It’s called hinducritical mass. Once the company reaches a certain threshold of mid tier Indian management it is sure to collapse.

And then there's this:
https://www.nasa.gov/centers-and-facilities/ames/ames-science/ames-space-biosciences/multi-drug-resistant-bacteria-found-on-iss-mutating-to-become-functionally-distinct/

Apparently there are now some biological experiments and samples on board the ISS that EVERYBODY would be much more comfortable watching get incinerated on reentry than EVER allowing them to get back down to Earth intact.

[ - ] CoronaHoax 0 points 10 monthsJun 27, 2024 22:44:59 ago (+0/-0)

To crash it?
