Biden will drop out and numerous states will file lawsuits. This will drag out for months and Donald Trump will go to jail.

There will be an election on November 5th. Trump will win against the Democrat candidate whose name will not have appeared in all 50 states' ballots. The electoral college count of those states that do not allow a Biden substitute will be enough to have had the Democrat candidate win. Many cases challenging the outcome by the Democrats. Many courts dismissing for lack of standing and latches. Democrats calling the election "rigged". Protests all over the country. The electoral college will count their votes and name Trump the winner. Democrats will try to stop the electoral college count. And, any prosecutions will be called "political persecution".

It be different than 2020 because the dems do it.

They will take it up to the Supreme Court who will punt and there will be a do-over election if they don’t get an injunction that would delay the Nov election.

They can't get an injunction to ignore the constitution.

We had elections during the great depression, the Civil War, and both world wars. The process isn't that hard. Every state holds elections/caucuses, sends electors, and those electors get counted, and determine the winner.
