Here's an idea. Let's remove any conceivable type of adversity to achievement and see how that works out. (/s)
Bro, I remember taking tests in high school when it was 93 and the only thing cooling down that second floor of the school was the big industrial fan at the end of the hall. I remember taking exams in college without sleep and still nursing hangovers.
If you want to do well, you'll do well. You have to leave it up to the students to decide, and that's the whole issue here. When you do that, it turns out that a lot of people in protected classes don't fucking want it very badly. But the progressives are hellbent on the fact that the only thing keeping niggers from throwing footballs on the surface of the moon is white men and their. . .high ceilings. Really, it's the high ceilings (for success) that are the problem.
Hey retards, I don't want a jet pilot who needs a service animal to pilot the fucking plane. I don't want a surgeon who needs ceilings to be X feet tall to do my granddad's open heart surgery. I want people who can get the fucking job done even when the environment isn't ideal.

I had completely forgotten about that. The second floor of our high school was hot as balls. Of all my nostalgia for high school, the math department is not part of it.

From this writeup, doesn't sound like there were enough controls in place for valid data. You'd at least want the ceiling height to be the ONLY differing factor.
Same day, same cohort, same everything but ceiling height. Then a control room, a 7 foot ceiling room, and a 10 foot or more high ceiling room.
Type of lighting would be a factor, as well as the ceiling height of the rooms the testees were acclimated to during their learning phase. Probably a bigger factor would be the race of the student and whether their teacher was a cat-owning liberal female or not.

What about the students who did well on the same tests in the same locations?
Were they White? Were they more intelligent? Did they study?
Ever notice that winners never have to give excuses, or explain all of the reasons for why they won?
