Notting Hill carnival in London UK is some black carnival that's, obviously, always riddled with crime and chimpouts, don't know the years this was filmed, but probably 2019+.

When you travel the world, you may get to tour castles in various places. This video explains the "dumping boiling oil" chutes in the perimeter defenses. I would never advocate for boiling oil chutes myself. Instead, I would recommend a high pressure pumping system with nitrile fittings in order to allow for the heated oil.
