Only problem i recall in a couple of these clips the White person either getting charged and trespassed (red shirt dude at the fair ride) or kicked off the cheer team and suspended (the White cheer girl - who was iirc the cheer team leader).

To land your maximum force hand-strike, test it out on a free standing punching bag. The most forceful effective strike you can land is a base of the palm right cross, or hook. To the end of their jaw. It takes 300psi to break a jaw bone, and can cause a knockout without a break. Speed is most important, hit with as much speed as possible. Punches are not really as good to due the wrist, so palm strikes are the best.


From a leg the knee strike is the most forceful, about 2k lbf to the solar plexus

Allegedly they don't do well against side of the head strikes, near the ears.
