The only news is that it's finally in the news. This goes back to 2014 at least, when 'Ukronazis' were slaughtering ethnic Russian civilians. They've done numerous massacres since then, some of which they've clumsily attempted to pin on the Russians. The NYTimes itself accepted those claims with no questions.

Re: Clumsily. The Bucha massacre of civilians happened after the Russians withdrew as part of the upcoming peace agreement that Boris Johnson flew in and forbid. Ukronazis then rounded up suspected Russia supporters in Bucha and shot them in the streets.

The clumsy part was forgetting to remove Ukronazi markings on the uniforms of the body dumpers before releasing the videos. Oops. Those videos were quickly edited and reappeared with the soldiers sporting red armbands to support the NATO "Russia bad" narrative, and to this day wikipedia still touts their claim.

The "CHOSEN COMPANY"???...and this is what you get when "God's chosen people" have subverted your country.

But I'm sure Russia is not doing the exact same thing...

Do you believe Russia isn't doing the same?

Not as part of official policy, but I'm sure it's happened among the ex prisoners. On the Ukrainian side, the slaughters and massacres are organized by the state. Aside from the forced conscripts, they're practically Israeli.

If you've been watching the videos and posts since 2014, you know what I'm talking about. When the Ukrainians started posting their torture-murder videos, and bragging about targeting school kids with artillery, I began to have a fairly negative opinion of them.

Yea , i recall only about 6 months in, Ukraine clips appearing on their social media etc of them showing dead russians they had just shot but forgetting to untie their hands before filming it - dozens of videos showed up in the first months and then after that in a tit for tat did clips of russians doing the same appear.

Even on US ytube channels like Garand thumb interviewing a couple of masked former US military mercenaries who had just returned from there made mention of combat squads briefing beforehand that they were not taking any prisons before setting off to attack whatever target or trench line bc 'either time sensitive or lack of human resources to safely facilitate a surrender etc etc' - and recounted Russians having their hands up so they 'just deal with them and move on', like it's no biggie, and calling it 'unfortunate but it is what it is'. Fck those guys.
I wonder if these guys will eventually end up becoming part of the 100 former US military a week taking their own life.

The Chosen Company fight a highly dynamic war. They go in behind enemy lines and must move fast or they die. They can not take prisoners; it would get them killed.

This is blitzkrieg warfare.

All war is Hell and murder, but the reality is the way Chosen Company fights they can not take prisoners. They take pride in leaving no survivors.

Exactly - they were attacking key/ weak points in Russian defense/ trench lines etc - mobilize in, kill everyone - withdraw and move out to then let ukraine military proper take the position.
These guys disgust me.

They can not take prisoners; it would get them killed.

Russians have thrown down weapons and surrendered. these guys can literally ensure they are disarmed and bind secure them up with cuff ties and either place them to wait for the following Ukraine military - or send them walking.
hopefully the same happens to them or better their team mates.

It's funny that you would say "Not as part of official policy, but I'm sure it's happened among the ex prisoners". I remember seeing a video of a Russian beheading a Ukrainian shortlyafter it began. It's war and bad shit happens to both sides.
