probably in a French university library like at the Sorbonne. good chance it is accessible but you'll need to read not just French but old French. Might be best to start by looking for books in the French language covering that history - like history's of that King to start with. the French were only cucked fairly recently and you can likely find an honest coverage of it in a book by a historian.

It's just awful on every metric- yes, there are a lot of niggers there, which means there is crime but it's also the climate. It's grey and depressing so it's either chilly and wet in the winter or sticky and humid in the summer. It's just a suck city all around.

It has a nice museum I visited years ago though. That's about it.

I love the weather in this area! Something new each day. It can get really cold (subzero) and really hot (triple digits) but it's always all over the place so you never get sick of it. It is rarely dry tho so I will grant you that.
I don't live there now but spent the first 20+ years in the County. St. Louis of my childhood was great.

I've been to St. Louis twice. Once as a child so I don't remember much besides going to the Arch. Later as an adult (about 2 years ago), all I saw were blacks milling around gas stations doing nothing productive, trash and graffiti fucking everywhere, and just a general display of ruin.

Real transportation has never been tried.

But seriously, transportation across the river styx is known to be effective. A ticket to the horse latitudes could work, as could various transportation techniques and mechanisms.

Some level of transportation is obviously required, even if after the fact, because you're not just going to leave them there.
