As someone in the comments on YouTube said this was part of Hollywood's fascination with psychology.

But that doesn't really tell the story. What's really going on here is Jews are trying to get Christians to question their own brains. This was the beginning of pushing the whole idea of psychology and Freud on the American public. Before this time no one went to third parties to try to figure out the problem they went to their families their churches their friends. Their friends kept them in line and didn't let them get too Lost In their own head. And if someone was crazy they were put in a fucking insane asylum because they were actually crazy. Although that didn't really happen too often because that's sort of a Jewish invention as well.

Try to imagine a time before the fake Jewishscience of psychology even existed.

Suddenly you're watching this movie and there's a guy telling you that the difference between you and your neighbor being crazy is a very tiny bit in your mind. Suddenly you're questioning your neighbor you're questioning yourself are you crazy is your neighbor crazy. This is all Jewish pushing of Jewish self-doubt and Jewish propaganda. It's kind of interesting to see it laid out in the first 30 seconds of the movie.

I'm not big on film noir.

But my two favorites are.

...
Fuck.
Stars Edward G someone and Joan Bennet. It's on YouTube.

And the other one is Laura staring Gene Tierney my favorite actress.

I see some good suggestions for other film noir below.
I'd like to recommend,

"Odds Against Tomorrow",( Robert Wise)

"Asphalt Jungle", ( John Huston) which is harder to find. Trailer;

"The Killing", Trailer ; ( Kubrick)

My two favorite actors from that era are Sterling Hayden and Gloria Grahame.

Thanks for your recommendation,o/

Strangers on a train isn't too bad. And if you like noir, you should watch the comedy Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid (co written by Steve Martin).
