Here is what you need to know: Don't.

Australia, the place where you will be fined if you don't have 10gal of water in your car going outside the coties, but yeah lets go into a fucking desert with the most deadly animals in a shitcan that will break down when WiFi isn't perfect.

You son of bitch! I’m in, when do we start?

FFS now I want to do it.

You know all we need is a generator (those big things hospitals have) and a road train with diesel and then we can make the trip.

I’ve been to Australia, it can be hot. I’ve also been to the California desert at its worst riding dune buggies and dirt bikes. It was also hot. The only difference is a severe lack of supplies. We can do this!

I'm a Top Gear / Grand Tour fan. Supposedly they're done with road trips, since they've been everywhere.

I want to pitch the idea to Amazon that those three pick an EV and plan on driving it across Australia. They would need to build the recharging device for their vehicle as well.

Prove once and for all EVs are just big Power Wheels.

An electric vehicle will work perfectly for someone who never goes anywhere. Just out to buy food and go home. Most humans don’t live that way. Before we had cars we had horses. We headed off to no where on horseback. You can’t do that with an electric car.

Just out to buy food and go home

And to work don't you forget that taxable work.

But on the long run you are supposed to do home office and order your food in your 15 min city, you still can have a car though, nobody is going to take that from you.

Yes. With all the other anxieties in my life I don't need range-anxiety!

grass foliage anywhere

And it was much easier to refuel your horse.

I skimmed the article so maybe I missed it, but the #1 thing that's catching ev buyers by surprise is the upgrade to their home so that they can charge the EV. Not all homes have a high enough Amp output to run a car charger and have to upgrade. This is about $6000-$7500.

"Everyone must drive an electric car!"

Fucking LOL at the idea of nigger apartment complexes with hundreds of EV chargers.

NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN.
