That would require infinite money, and wouldn't be possible anyway. Also, money in a bank is money that's not in your possession.

Friday, August 2: House burns down.
Saturday, August 3: Tornado scatters the ashes.
Sunday, August 4: Sinkhole swallows your former house site.

Monday comes around to find the crew to clean up your burned house just arriving, and today the unrelenting disaster is a passenger jet crash into the sinkhole where your house used to be.

A lot of people choose to live where they experience relenting disasters, and even that can take years to deal with.
