This message is counter productive. The way western violence happens (unlike violence in eastern nations), is that westerns start with the people most in reach, and then work there way up.
Eastern nations are different. They remain calm and nothing happens for a very long time, and when they encounter a message like yours over and over again, it conditions the society until a spontaneous outbreak of revolution.
