Was this done utilizing modern satellite technology mate? Gonna need to see some GPS coordinates for accuracy.

I do say, sir, I am unfamiliar with this 'satellite technology' you speak of!

Does it utilize heretofore unbeknownst properties of the ether for peering!?

I know about this subject. It's just unknown land + drawing great things on a map. Until russia started going east.

Guise, guise.

Word has it, you can touch the gold compass in the upper left if you find a captain willing to risk his life to take you there; upsetting the gatekeepers who's job it is to prevent people from traveling to the edge.

Cool map.
Shows that people cared to know where the castles were which likely were areas of relative safety while traveling.

At the same time the population of the world then was probably unimaginably scarce so castles represented pockets of people as well.
