Riot Analysis

submitted by Cantaloupe to whatever 9 monthsAug 5, 2024 10:48:20 ago (+5/-0)     (whatever)

Who had an effective riot?

The Irish or the English?

The Irish proactively burnt an invaders building, and threaten to shoot anyone that fixed it

The English apparently burnt something as well

The English are facing police animals, and have not addressed that, and lawfare, and cameras.

It's seems the Irish have been more successful

Neither. The immigration issue is a cause of bad policy by bad actors in their government. Nothing they have done will affect policy and therefore will not affect immigration. (or invasion)

Policy isn't effective when government is anathema.

My point was they need to go after policy makers; protesting does nothing.

Your point is correct, but "protesting" can be very useful to the policy makers.

It's like trying to shoot the moon in hearts. You have to go all the way or you get the worst outcome. The J6ers got a taste of that. Getting tricked into trying to go for it all is pretty common too.

Remains to be seen whether the UK operators led them into a trap, or not.

My money is all of them being put in prison and their property, jobs and community ending up in the hands of the invaders. But yeah; time will tell.

OK, so where does policy come from? Protesting raises awareness that a problem exists, the next step is to find a solution that the crowd can work with.

My opinion is that those in power inside the UK (and US) do not care about the public's "perceived" problems. They are doing this intentionally, they do not care. The protesting is allowing the agencies to gather identities and metadata on the protestors for future criminal charges while at the same time giving the media opportunities to spin it to "white people bad". We are past the point of getting these political "plants" to serve the people; they are put there to not do what is in our best interest.

What I'm looking for are the ideological drivers which shape the intent of those in power. The the U.K. and the U.S. it seems to be mostly the W.E.F. There's a religious element as well because of the union of the church and state.
