The only reason to ban face coverings is because they are recording you and need your face.

Doesn't make any sense to ban wearing mouth coverings in public unless they are recording peoples faces.

Why stop someone from wearing a mouth covering?

before 2020 if you walked in to a bank with your face covered you were arrested, for suspicion at least.

why didnt people take advantage?
