JFL at wikipedia's attempt to expose it as a fabrication... well uh he didn't quite understand the nuanced definition of a single jewish term, so yeah, that's all we got.

p 83: "VII. Those who Kill Christians Shall Have a High Place in Heaven in Zohar (I, 38b, and 39a) it says: 'In the places of the fourth heaven are those who lamented over Sion and Jerusalem, and all those who destroyed idolatrous nations ... and those who killed off people who worship idols are clothed in purple garments so that they may be recognised and honored" ... In Zhohar (I,25) it says: 'The People of the Earth are idolaters, and it has been written about them: Let them be wiped off the face of the earth. Destroy the memory of the Amalekites. The Disputation of Paris in the 1200's happened when a jew converted to Christianity and rode off to the Pope to tell him what was in the Talmud.

THe French royal court held a trial of the Talmud with some jewish rabbis to defend it.

With the contents exposed, it ended up with French gathering up every jew book in the city they could find and burning them.

The same thing happened in Barcelona twenty five years later and Tortosa two hundred years later.

The wiki article is an absolute fuck up of jews trying to blame the Christians for victimizing jews. It even goes into an excuse that Christians were intellectually superior so it wasn't fair.

Yes, would love to see a transcript of that actual trial - and we all know there was one bc the damn King was literally prosecuting it. I became familiar with this trial via a somewhat kike hating guy with a joo-tube channel (Static in the attic).
The papal city archives have a lot to answer for.

yeah, and unfortunately when the church was ready to deal a serious deathblow to judaism by banning the talmud forever everywhere, they relented when a delegation of jews visited and informed him that it would permanently end jewish identity and thus the end times prophecies of jews converting last would become impossible.
