The entire backrow looks AI generated with enough blur to hurt my eyes to somewhat cover it up.
The red headed lady in the light blue shirt standing up seems to have an AI left hand, that or she's missing fingers.

The more I look the more artifacts I notice. Second sign on the back right just has a big black square cut out of it.

Then of course inaminit noticed the lack of a reflection.
