Amazing how a "drone" cause a fire inside at the bottom of a cooling tower. No damage anywhere else. A fire, from a drone where no flammable material is? Suppose the Ukraine drone must have hit some really flammable water tanks. The water must contain something like tires, because the smoke is very black.
