Meh, either way you feel about it, lawsuit should be dismissed.

This wasn't the Submarine Ride(RIP) at Disneyland, where the biggest threat is the family of Niggers sitting next to you.

This is one of those situations where everyone knew what they were getting into... An experimental submarine... At the bottom of the ocean.

If they had disclosed that it was dangerous or made them sign liability waivers this lawsuit would be dismissed immediately. They probably did the opposite and insisted that it was completely safe.

If they did the latter hopefully they get the book thrown at them. When I went to private skatepark as a kid I had to sign a waiver and have my folks sign off on it too in case I fucked myself up.

It dove 90 times, and made it to the titanic 13 times. If someone required me to dive for 1 billion dollars. I'd get on. If someone required me to make it to the titanic... I'd still get on. So yes, you could pay me enough. I'm not sure why anyone would want to.

Weren't many of those 90 dives in much shallower water, at another location (bahamas or something ??), and even while at the titanic dive site - many of those dives attempts ended up being aborted for various technical reasons and never went full depth.

I'm sure that's not how the company was peddling their service. If they made any claims or assurances that it was safe then they are fucked and rightfully so.

Why would a billionaire and his son pay 250k each for tickets to the Titanic? That’s the clue that something was off. If I’m a billionaire, I’m looking for multi-million dollar tickets. I don’t want cheap seats.

The implosion is alleged to have happened in less than 20 milliseconds at that depth. Brain pain response is 150ms. The rate of compression would've created a temperature of thousands of degrees, igniting everything inside the hull, instantaneously pulverizing the bodies into dust.

We're assuming that it was a real event. TPTB may have serious reasons to fake this, one being that the whole Titanic sinking was fake. They want to discourage others from going down and looking around.
