Yes, they are. As an election judge in colo, the election fraud runs rampant. Hence the reason colo went from deep red to blue. Smartmatic, ES&S, Dominion voting machines are all the same. ANYTHING that can be plugged in CAN BE HACKED. I have witnessed first hand. When you testify and have absolute proof and the sec of state and gubnor tell you to go to hell, what now????

We are ~90 days from Election Day, and 19 days from the start of early voting. AT LEAST 37 U.S. States utilize Smartmatic products specifically for voting systems.
