As a citizen of the United States of America I am hereby proclaiming that I am exercising my right as a citizen of the nation to abolish the government, as they have become destructive to my God given rights of Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Each and every government official is no longer employed as I have as a citizen exercised my right and have abolished the destructive government. Anybody claiming to have government authority from here on out is a usurper and a tyrant and will be dealt with accordingly. As you have no authority, the destructive government has hereby been abolished. As is my right as a free man in sovereign nation. No laws apply to me that the destructive government has passed and any attempted enforcement of those illegitimate laws will be dealt with. The government is therefor hereby declared to be illegitimate. You have been dismissed.

You live on the territory claimed by a powerful gang, so good luck trying to exercise your 'rights'. Your best bet is to position yourself outside of their attention. The reason they like direct challenges is because it's an opportunity to remind people that they're the "controlling legal authority".
