They have them now. I think it is probably less about the actual robot and more about the first person glasses that Facebook makes.

So you want a massive dopemine rush several times a day from fucking a piece of rubber. The problem is that you will get bored or, you will need to find more elaborate sex toys to satisfy your desires. While this is happening, you will continue to lose all relationships with females as they recoil from the gross shell of a human that you have become.

Look up the phrase "sex dolls". I don't know how much motion you require from your robot or how much talking but they already look incredible.
