Too much travelling and taking care of BS and I'm having withdrawals. Thinking it's gonna be a big one. Gonna do brisket and pulled pork and throw a big feast for the family. Get them to make and bring some good sides and whatnot.
Life is too short to not enjoy some good ass smoked meats with family and friends.

absolutely. if the stereotypes i see are correct, then with brisket goes beer, and with beer goes guns. 3 b's even better with a 4th. 'brisket beer booms and boobs' i happen to actually enjoy all three (four) of those, but if you tried to put them together in one place here someone is probably getting shot and everyone there ends up in jail. welcome to the nanny state.
