You're not wrong about Jordan, but one thing that needs to be held in mind at this point is that Jordan's persona/profile is a valuable brand. It's an enterprise at this point, with multiple investors.

I'm not claiming it is at the level of a corporate brand with an entire marketing department behind it, but it is at the level where it is becoming more difficult to discern what is Jordan and what isn't. While he might operate his own Twitter sometimes, it's doubtful he is the one operating it most of the time, and if he is, whether the content was recommended to him. Probably, his daughter is consulting him on how to manage his profile at this point. Note the distinctly feminine quality of the response; it doesn't speak to the content of Tate's claims at all. It just goes straight for a surface-level, rhetorical attack on his reputation. It's not an unintelligent response, frankly; it's the sort I would expect someone with a little skill in these matters to deploy, especially if this is a discredit-to-dispel tactic meant to disuade dialogue.
