So this libtard weirdo judge sees a nigger chimping out repeatedly, so presumes he is mentally ill, giving him a ridiculously lenient ruling, presuming her actions will be justified; hence: she illegally psychiatrically diagnosed him as mentally ill, then made a legal ruling utilizing her illegally submitted professional opinion, presumed without any witness testimony as to the mental health of the defendant.
In the least, she should be debarred for making a ruling involving mental health without even the defendant submitting evidence seeking leniency for mental health issues.
If anyone has any sense, they should investigate every one of her rulings, to determine how many were, thus wise, extra-judicially (illegally) arbitrated.
In a functional legal system, she should be punished in accordance with every crime committed by niggers she let off easy for being "undiagnosed mentally ill."
