Im confused, when did Hitler ever declare war on the US?

According to Winston Churchills own book, the US and England TRICKED Germany into declaring war on us, by creating and leaking fake war plans to them. When Hitler saw the war plans, he didn't wait, and declared war on us. The US was heavily against joining the war, so (((they))) knew that if Hitler declared war, the US would have no choice but to enter.

Despite Germany was already at war with Britain, France & Russia, Adolf Hitler as German Chancellor arbitrarily declared war on the United States Dec. 11, 1941, following President Roosevelt's Declaration of War on Japan three days earlier in response to the False Flag Pearl Harbor attacks.
