Just a point of interest...back in 2009 I was requested to head out to Mumbai where some of my cranes were destined for after being purchased from me. The offer was enticing and I briefly considered it, that is until I spoke with a counterpart of mine in Ohio...the 3 things that turned me off were, no Western food menu and their food is poison, next was the filth and lack of clean water and then it was hard to get accommodation with AC and the heat is unbearable. That's all I needed to know.

Their government was taken over by jews and shekels. Now there is no government. They get gas and power for an hour each day. Police are corrupt and arresting people who disagree with the "government." hold on to yer guns boys.

I'm sure it was all just a misunderstanding and people shouldn't be so quick to conclude that this minor dust-up, in any way, has terrorists overtones to it. Pakistun is a vacation "paradise" and "52 virgins" are assigned to every tourist....just make sure that you bring your own toilet paper.

It's a city of no building codes. This is the first google maps streetview I looked at. This one with the cages on the roofs is the second. For birds maybe? Protection against drone attacks? Streetview is pretty interesting in foreign cites.
