Multiracialism is inhumane treatment by the state since Blacks are 35 times more likely to attack Whites than the other way around. Laws which force integrate the races are harmful and can therefore be overturned by a Federal court, as they violate the Due Process Clause and the Cruel and Unusual Punishment clause of the constitution.

A Federal court has the power to rule a law to be unconstitutional and have the law overturned.

The government is obligated not to harm its citizens. This obligation is rooted in several constitutional principles and legal precedents:

Due Process Clause: The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments ensure that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. This means the government must follow fair procedures and cannot arbitrarily harm individuals.

Equal Protection Clause: The Fourteenth Amendment also requires that all citizens receive equal protection under the law. This clause prevents the government from discriminating against individuals or groups.

Cruel and Unusual Punishment: The Eighth Amendment prohibits the government from inflicting cruel and unusual punishment. This protects individuals from inhumane treatment by the state.

Habeas Corpus: The right to habeas corpus ensures that individuals cannot be detained unlawfully and must be brought before a court to determine the legality of their detention.

These principles collectively ensure that the government is held accountable for protecting the rights and well-being of its citizens.

Blacks are 35 times more likely to attack Whites than the other way around. That means forced integration of White with Blacks violates the Due Process Clause and the Cruel and Unusual Punishment clause. Multiracialism is inhumane treatment by the state and must be overturned.

Here are more ways in which multiracialism/White Genocide violates those constitutional principles:

1) Diversity destroys the host race, Whites, through a process known as genetic swamping/White Genocide.

2) Diversity changes the culture, media, and government into a mish-mash of alien races and thoughts which are often harmful and antipathetic to the host race, Whites.

3) With diversity and colorblind anti-racism, Whites get wrongfully blamed and victimized for any disparate outcomes between races.

Examples of victimization Whites go through:

Constant Media harassment of pro-Whites, race realists, White Nationalists, Nick Fuentes, etc. That is in stark contrast to the media's constant promotion and high appraisals of non-White leaders and anti-White ideas.

4) Diversity causes limitless destruction of property through violent negro riots. If Whites combat such riots they are propagandized as "racist White Supremacist bigot nazis." (List a history of property damage from negro riots here.)

5) Diversity causes a crisis of poverty and unemployment through a dysgenic multiracial racemixed shared destiny. The world needs lots of pure and healthy White DNA to produce its bountiful breadbaskets for Africans and others, who would starve without White support.

6) Now you folks can add more

We White Nationalists, with the help of some lawyers, could get a single old White Federal judge somewhere to agree that massive genetic swamping of non-Whites/diversity causes these listed problems for Whites, and therefore it is unconstitutional. Judges love to rule things unconstitutional, that's the most powerful legal argument there is.
