That's typical of non profits. The only charity that ever put a nickel in the hands of a poor person was welfare, and it come with crazy power tripping social workers who make welfare queens out of their favourites, and threaten anyone they don't like. The massive amount spent on administering it is bullshit.

Charities are tax laundering. hand out some food scraps and superbug polluted used clothes and write off huge amounts on your taxes for travel, contracts with "friends, limos, fine dining, and whatever else you can think of.

Welfare has no money left because the rich aren't paying taxes as long as they have the non profits. If welfare has no money, then neither does city sewer works.

On a larger scale, Soros runs USAID and buys corrupt polticians with it to destroy other countries too.
