I know it's cool and trendy to hate the current thing. But you'd rather rely on google and other jews for all your info? Open source AI has given you the ability to have offline access to most of the information in the world. Once a model is made and released it cant be censored or taken away. The next best thing I think of comparatively are old encyclopedias.

Not so much disagreeing, but this synopsis reads like it's written by a literal jew describing Hitler - the AI uses language and implication from the default bias of intentionally framing White empowerment as a negative aspect.

The AI created a pretty good story, regardless of being trained in this day and age of political correctness. Did you see the end of Fight Club? Destroying buildings would be considered terrorism. Getting to that point you would have to be radicalized. And if you don't think masculinity is not being repressed, then you are living under a rock. I thought it did a good job.

sure, Maybe we just have different expectations of what is pretty good because It didn't really do anything or change up the movie or plot to 'create ' something better.

I mean it's literally at a 12 yr old level of - 'prompt a National socialist car for the German people' - and comes back with a 1930's Volkswagen painted with a swastika.

AI is that unbelievably basic.

To run text models I recommend using KoboldCPP. It's a single executable which requires no set up. It's limited to using GGUF model files, but GGUF is the best file format for llms in my opinion (single file, easily allows you to use GPU, CPU or a mix of both). You can get Kobold on their github page https://github.com/LostRuins/koboldcpp/releases

As for the models, the best which can run on most consumer hardware are

The different files are different compressions of the same model. The lower, the shittier the model is. Generally 4 and up is good. But the Q3_XXS-imat.gguf of the sunfall finetune is good for the relatively low requirements. Most computers built in the last 10 years should be able to run it.
