Kamalas direct ancestor was the largest slave owner in Jamaica (per her father). She advocates that you and I pay reparations to American negros, even if your ancestors didn't participate in slavery at all, whereas she has not paid a nickel herself.

Something like 60% of Jewish households owned slaves, and 2% of white. Even though white is a much larger group and owned more slaves overall, it is unlikely a random white person has much of any ancestry that owned slaves. Now couple that with the idea that more white people from non slave owning areas have moved to the US since (EG Ireland), it's even less likely.

Now let's consider blacks. The vast majority are descendant from slaves. At some point in time, a slave owner probably impregnated at least one of their ancestors. So the average black has slave owner heritage, white the average white does not. Oh and on average that slave owner heritage has a strong likelihood of being Jewish.

Modern blacks are not just descendants of slaves. The are descendants of slavery including descendants of slave owners. If their victim half is owed anything, it's owed by their slave owning half, and not random white people who likely never had slave owners in any of their ancestors, and unlikely benefitted from slavery in any way.
