Sure they can, and they weigh between 250 and 600 grams but it's about not about the speed, rather the payload capacity and ability to operate with precision - sometimes with rtk, AND disabling the remote ID functions that broadcast the exact location of the operator unencrypted. In recon ops, the drone is irrelevant if you tag the operator. Really, read up on 1001 ... If nothing else, the story of the hack is interesting.
