He took an Alfred plea; guilty but not guilty. So he did the gun stuff but it shouldn't be illegal in the first place. This could be interesting with the Chevron case and discovery but it will probably just be gay. If Biden doesn't pardon him Trump probably will.

That's the whole point. If he pleads guilty now, sentencing will be in December, and daddy can pardon before he's out in January. This way nothing torrid comes out in the trial, and they can even pretend it was a witch hunt.

I give zero fucks about the gun stuff. The constitutions says he did not break the law. It's the treason with our enemies and billions of dollars he and his father stole that make me want to hang them and jill.
