I love milk but not sure about raw milk. I like being able to drink my milk and know I wont get sick. Even if pasteurization removes some nutrition, it's a cost paid for the peace of mind.
We have fresh cow, goat and sheep milk here,it's quite good straight from the tits but better still we'll chilled. (WE SELDOM DRINK IT) We use it for making butter mostly. Many derivatives come from whole cow milk. Growing up we weren't allowed to drink/use much of it. Cow milk is very different than other mammal milk. It's for growing baby cows not humans. So many health issues come from long term exposure to cow milk. It's a major player in fat ass Americans with all kinds of allergies and sensitives that are the root cause. Anyway..... It's a deep subject that's been throughly EXPOSED and immediately contested. 1940/1950's exposed it. Growth hormones for production, antibiotics for the many diseases in the barns all remain after pasteurization Anyway knock yourself out,you likely eat drive thru shit anyway
I'm no expert with butter. I follow family tradition that uses the Amish slow churn method Higher fat, less air from churning makes good butter, great butter. Anyway check your culture, did you use enough? Did you kill it?(enzymes) Research, research
Heavy cream in a quart mason jar can make butter. A few small cubes of ice helps too. I get my jar and cream cold prior too. Cold makes butter happen faster.
It's best fresh, or not at all. Put an ad in Craigslist for a woman who is nursing. Rent her for a few days a week. ProTip: pour chocolate syrup on her tits. It's delicious!
Camel milk is the new raw cow milk. You’ve got your Oreo cookies, and a tall glass of ice cold camel milk, right off a hideous camel…. That’s the peak.
GOT MILK! In the dark years of the internet there was a web page called Got Milk. The guy exposed the entire milk farming mafia. White papers, correspondence and purchase receipts, bank loans etc Had all of them butt naked exposed. Then the kikes came and shut him down(some think they killed him) Anyway about 94/95 American milk producers coined their new found sales pitch. GOT MILK! The rest reads like the Amon Bundy murder......
Only fuck wits believe in evolution. Even science is careful to avoid such conversation. The whole THERORY of 100yr old science has more holes than a screen door
Adult humans do not need dairy for the health benefits its industrial lobby purports. Infants, toddlers, early childhood, yes. Adults? No. In every country with mass adult consumption, there is a correlate increase in osteoporosis and bone deficiency. If you enjoy it recreationally, baked with it, whatever... but don't consume it because of a particularly successful industrial brand campaign that began in gradeschool.
That's a very specific ratio. And for literally everyone else, it has everything to do with the marketing. You might do the money to calories and protein thing, but I'd be willing to bet the 'strong bones and teeth' statment wins out every time. It doesn't create strong bones and teeth.
Pasteurized milk is literally boiled milk, so you're drinking a cooked product already.
When my wife was pregnant, got into raw milk. Been drinking it for 2.5 years now. Kid was raised on it when we ran out of breastmilk. Once the wife stopped breastfeeding at a year, baby exclusively drinks raw milk and so does everyone in the house. So raw milk is great.
realmilk.com is where you find your local dealers. I buy from a neighbor that sells goat milk and cheese. It's fantastic.
Have a look in a milk transport sometime. LOL,it will be awhile before you even eat cheese again. Blood streaked mastitis, hair, dried cows shit and dead mice are common when transports Unload at facilities. The old jewtube vids are long gone. Nasty shit
Have you ever had raw cream and raw milk and made ice cream in an ice-churn? I'm having some right now. I think people who denouce such things are stupid.
Just go get some raw milk and try it already. Be careful not getting arrested.
The question you should be asking: Why does milk need to be pasteurized?
And, you should ask other questions: Why is there a risk of salmonella in raw eggs? Why is there a risk of e.coli in raw beef? Why are there food recalls for Listeria?
Once you dig on these questions you will began to understand how messed up our industrial farming is and how our food is handled so terribly as Walmart and the ilk are squeezing every penny out of the supply chain. And, how the FDA is - by far - the most evil organization in our governement. (Yes, not hyperbole - they are truly worse than the CDC, FBI, CIA, etc. Some of the absolute worst "regulatory capture". )
Then you will realize that you need to take control of the food you and your family consumes. That will lead you down a path of not eating fast food, about cooking your own food more often, about taking control of the sources of your food, and maybe ... ultimately moving out of the city, living on well water, and producing your own food.
Once you get this far ... you will understand that your original question is moot.
That "bliss" brings you illness, cancer, and malnutrition.
Even if you don't have land, you can grow food in HDPE buckets, metal basins, ceramic pots, etc...
Get a compost barrel and put your veggie scraps and grass clippings in there. After a year it'll be ready to feed your veggies better than any chemical fertilizer ever could.

Think of how great eggs can be when they are cooked well. Now think of how awful eggs are when they have been overcooked.
That is what pasteurization does to milk.
