You linked an image directly from Snopes but didnt bother to read the Snopes article. The billboards are real. Digital billboards. The image you linked is not real, merely generated example.

My reply to Master_Foo was that it didn't matter if the billboard was fake, it would still be master-level clever. Also, I have very little faith in the credibility of Snopes, so I don't use them as a credible source, so no, I didn't read it.
