Have the Cicadas been excessive where you are this season

The media made a big deal saying that the Cicadas were going to be a real pain in the ass this year, but to date, It's been no different than any other year! Just as quiet as a non-spawning season...

I don't know about cicadas, but I endured one of the biblical plagues with the grasshoppers. For two months everything covered in grasshoppers.

WOW! That had to suck! If you have Farming in your area, they likely had a terrible season, I'm guessing.

I lived in a "two brood" area (North Georgia)...they're slightly annoying only that it's hot and humid enough they sing through the night.

Still not as loud as the gun fans nearby. They enjoy celebrating holidays.

Cicadas, like sulphur-crested cockatoos...are always excessive!
