I agree with this so much as the public opinion on obesity must return to what it once was: Being overweight is a sign of poor health and we should encourage each other to be fit and healthy.

But suppose a healthy society cannot easily be controlled or conquered. We are only a few generations from firearms being archaic and gross. Then the Chinese occupation begins without resistance. (My guess)

The threat of invasion aside, it does serve the medical, pharmaceutical, insurance, and food manufacturing industries. So it does secure the status quo.

No one really wants to end obesity. It makes pharma massive amounts of money. Keeps doctors busy. If the government cared they would be honest about what is really healthy and what isn't and regulate what passes for food.

Besides, without obese angry women, we wouldn't have any HR departments.

Just deny them all forms of medical insurance until they return to health and force them to pay an extra percentage for each standard deviation above the healthy weight they are whenever they do need medical care (as punishment for taking up medical time, manpower, and resources that would have otherwise gone to healthy citizens).

I agree. If some fat whale comes into a store and tries to get on a scooty puff, they should immediately be banned from the store until they are skinny. No fat fuck should be able to get food stamps until they are a normal size. If a fat fuck comes through a fast food drive thru, they should be denied service. I know a guy who drank and drugged himself to death because his wife, the mother of his children became grossly fat and ugly. She was a goddess when she was 18 then turned into a hideous fat bitch.
