If that's the case I'm pretty sure we're outside of it.
Our oceans are the water being divided from the inner clean water of Agartha.

We're in the septic tank portion of the earth. All the waste of the world is on the surface where it interacts with the sun and environment, decomposing and recycling everything.

The real earth is viewed from inside the firmament us shit people stand on.
