Coworker that is "too tired" to hit the gym consistently and battling diabetes got approved for the drug and was crying to me about how he's gonna be forced to pay $900 for two months worth of the shit he needs to "save his life".

I have no empathy for him.

I can't stand morbidly obese people. I get some of them are addicted to it and had horrible lives. However I've encountered way too many that think there's nothing wrong with them and that they're healthy at any size.
