I'm old enough to remember the first time they ran the footage of laser guided bombs going vertically, right down the elevator shaft of the Iraqi HQs in Baghdad, back at the beginning of the "Shock and Awe" air campaign in Gulf War 1.0. "2,000lbs. Nothing but net."
And that was the moment when the average American said, "Oh. So that's what 'precision guidance' looks like."
And more recently we've seen what the Russians can do with precision-guided hypersonic missiles against targets in ukraine. They hit exactly what they're shooting at. Right past the Patriot batteries.
So I love hearing the use of the terms, "hyper-sonic" and "precision-guided", in the first sentence, followed by, "but nobody was hurt and nothing of any value actually got hit.", in the very next breath.
Solid fuel rocket motors generally burn themselves out in about the first 10 seconds of the flight, during the "boost phase".
So after they hit apogee (or max ordinate) the motor has already burned itself out, and they are just an empty pipe with a warhead, coasting on inertia, going nose down and accelerating towards the ground under gravity.
Watch some of the historical combat footage of missiles and rockets from other conflicts. Pay specific attention to the rocket motor burn.
And I can tell you with some authority, having been on the receiving end of 107mm Type 63's and 122mm BM-21's (on a multiple daily/nightly basis for weeks at a time sometimes) that's NOT what an incoming rocket looks like.
What you almost never see is the rocket motor burning all the way into the target, unless the range from the launcher is ridiculously short. Point-blank range.
Look at the angles of descent. Then remember that these are entirely ballistic, unguided rockets. The "reciprocal angle" rule would mean that the angle of launchers would also be correspondingly steep. Such rockets are prepped for launch using a compass, a map, and an inclinometer (If the gunner is even minimally competent. Most often they're just pointed generally, "thataway".)
So...
Question: Why are we still seeing fire from burning rocket motors on descending "rockets", supposedly launched from kilometers away?
None of what we see in the video makes any realistic sense unless you start from the premise that it's fake. Then suddenly every element makes perfect sense.
Unless of course you are willing to believe someone who is known to lie with every breath, in thought, word, and deed, for over 80 years about a "muh 6 gorillion" grift in order to tarnish an entire people, gain sympathy for themselves and grift the normies, are suddenly going to start showing you the unvarnished truth.
It's the sort of thing that a "media person", who doesn't know shit about how actual weapons work, would put into a video for dramatic visual effect. Without that, all you would see is just explosions on the ground. I suspect a director in there somewhere, leaning over a graphics guy's shoulder, saying, "Oy vey! Okay, the explosions are good, but it just doesn't say, 'missile', to me. Could you make it more, you know, 'missile-y'?"
You know what this IS useful for? Supporting clownworld's desire to drag us into a war with iran as soon as possible..
What you describe are the pipe rockets the Palestinians make using car parts and fertilizer. Iran has advanced missiles, even hypersonic ones. Many of them can fly all the way horizontally to the target and even have counter-interception capabilities. I'm pretty sure they don't run out of fuel midway to the target.
Yet here we are. Observing hlowingvtocjets with warheads hit and explode. Not just from tag head sources.
But israelis as well.
Perhaps you don't know everything?
Also note, iran knows about iron done. Duh. And fires missiles with penetrative aids . From jamming to cluster rockets to swamp targeting to decors etc.
So I know fuck all about this sort of thing. I'm just going to point out that where the "fake" rockets are hitting, there are pretty real explosions occurring. If the video didn't show any explosions, I'd be more skeptical. But given the distances/scale, almost everything about these explosions passes the sniff test. I mean, a simpler "fake" might just involve showing us footage from one event and saying it's footage from a different event. That's plausible, but at this point in the game, information reliability is so pitifully low, there's almost nothing trustworthy anymore.
And that's my real point. The noise-to-signal ratio has been raised to the point where, if EVERYTHING is equally false, then EVERYTHING is equally true.
Believe only half of what you see, for yourself, in person, with your own eyes, and NONE of what you hear.
The real question is how accurate are Iranian missiles? They don’t use GPS. It’s been suggested that they’re using some kind of image recognition based on satellite photography for the missiles to adjust their trajectory onto the target.
Modern missiles don't rely on GPS because GPS is easily jammed or misdirected. They use a combination of dead reckoning and terrain models that are quite complicated to make.

Look at the angles of descent again and go back and think about what you just said. These were NOT hyper-sonics.
Irrelevant. Did you see any maneuvering going on?
And that aint them. Look at the color of the exit plume.
Unless the iranians have also managed to magic themselves their own chemistry and physics.

Glowing rocket nozzles.
Are they hot? Yes. Hot enough to glow visibly to the unaided human eye, even at night? No.
