That's not what the judge did.

The judge dismissed the case for lack of standing and instructed the case to be moved to the proper venue in Missouri. The judge then will let the temporary injunction lapse because he dismissed the case. No case, no injunction.

The plaintiffs will refile in Missouri and that court's judge will implement his own injunction pending litigation.

If the judge didn't injunct the forgiveness plan, and it was later determined the Biden Administration didn't have the authority to forgive the loans, the person who had the loan forgiven would be on the hook for the loan plus penalties and interest.

You people are so fucking desperate for anything, you'll resort to this bullshit.

The judge didn't do what the headline suggests he did. He dismissed the case so that it could be filed in Missouri. There will be an injection once the case gets filed there.
